AION Character Customization

You can customize your character in a multitude of ways via a character creation and crafting system, as well as detailed item personalization options.

NCsoft designed Aion to give players a wide range of variety in character customization options.

Players can easily shape their character’s body and facial structures with a multitude of tools, easily manipulating just about every aspect of their appearance.

They can also choose different hairstyles, skin tones, and facial hair types.

With crafting, players can make their own suits of armor and weapons while altering how these items appear in game with dyes and other item modification options-even graphically mimicking other items.

For example, a crafter can create a suit of armor that looks tougher than it really is. The crafting system in Aion is dynamic and is a familiar aspect of the genre.

Character customization is not limited to appearance.

Aion incorporated a system where Stigma stones represent a way for characters to utilize abilities that do not belong to that character’s class.

So, even though a player may choose a particular class, their character’s abilities are not limited to only what that class can do.
