The Workout Vest is intended to be worn during athletic activity. That includes strength training, plyometrics, stretching, running, walking, hiking, active recovery and other similar activities. The Boardroom Vest is meant to be worn during daily life when you’re not specifically exercising—when you’re at work, at home, running errands or commuting.
