I work out pretty often with heavy weights so I was reluctant to buy this because it was listed at only 10 lbs. Feels heavier when I first picked it up. I am only using this for walking, getting in my 10,000 steps daily. I really like it so far. Makes walking slightly more difficult but nothing crazy. Fits tight like a glove and made really well. I was looking into another brand that was a little less expensive but it didn't fit like this one. The other one looks too futuristic and also had buckles and cords you have to tighten. This one fits like a tight vest and almost looks kind of stylish. So far I really like it and don't regret my purchase at all.

Absolutely love my Aion weighted vest!
When I opened the box and lifted the vest out, it certainly felt a lot heavier than 5 pounds. However, it was quite comfortable because of the even weight distribution and snug fit. My brisk 3 mile walk was definitely better for my body while wearing the vest. My goal is to improve my overall workout performance and help bone density. Very excited to see the results!
