I had previously owned an inexpensive weighted vest from Amazon that wasn’t really comfortable… I splurged on the aion and the difference is night and day. It’s snug and the weight is evenly distributed. It moves with me and is comfortable to wear. I would recommend this to a friend. I’m 5’3” 130 lbs and the small is perfect.
