So far, I really like this fest. At first, it is a little difficult to get on but once you have the zipper up, it feels great! Doesn’t move around like my other vested I could actually wear this thing all day. I think it’s gonna be a great help in rehabilitating my leg after cancer surgery.. I ordered the XS using both the size guide and video as reference. I was nervous because I was in between sizes (and other reviews said it ran small), but followed the direction to order smaller. It fits perfect - exactly the amount of room left over that the guide says it should have - with good compression. It is beautifully made and super comfortable. I have both this and the omorpho and I think I prefer this one - it just fits so good. Now, I wish they would come out with a 10lb version for women.
I just got it. Looks good, fits fine. Now it's just a matter of using it and see results.
