I’m a healthcare clinician with a fit lifestyle hobby. For reference I’m a 53 yo 5’4, 130ish# female. I have weighted vests at home which I wear on the regular (16-35#). But, the Aion is snug and fits perfectly to my contour. No banging of weights against my body when I do burpees, box jumps or or muscle ups. I got the men’s small for the extra 2# and it fits. Now ALL my workouts will be a little more challenging!
