I really wanted to like this vest, but unfortunately I do not notice much of a difference (if any) when I use it vs when I don’t. The vest is too light that it doesn’t make a difference on my caloric burn, and even though it fits nice and does heat up I haven’t notice any difference in performance or recovery. For how expensive it is, do not think it was worth the cost and wish I could get my money back. I’ve been wearing it diligently while working out for several months now, because I really wanted to give it a chance but I wish o could get my money back. Unfortunately, I can’t since I have used it and it’s been pass the 30 days return policy. Very disappointed.
